Maintaining a healthy diet supplemented by the above vitamins will help prevent dandruff. In addition, lowering your intake of sugar can reduce scalp inflammation as well as control the amount of sebum that your scalp produces. Getting your oiliness in check reduces the chance of a fungal infection.
